Simply browse our collection, select your favorite saree, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or COD.

Yes, we offer COD in select locations. A small additional charge may apply.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments like Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We typically dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 days
  • Other cities/towns: 5-7 days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 days

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping charges vary based on location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp/SMS.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if the saree is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • Metro cities: 3-5 days
  • Other cities/towns: 5-7 days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 days

Email us at info@trishaethnic.com or WhatsApp +91 8000138867 with your order ID and clear images of the damaged saree. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Care & Customization

For long-lasting beauty, dry clean your silk sarees and store them in a cotton bag. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

No, we do not provide blouse stitching services. Our sarees are sold without stitched blouses.
